I started with their shared hosting package and have since upgraded twice and am now one of their VPS customers. I have no idea how they do what they do for so little, but these guys are gold. They’ll always help in every way they can and won’t even charge for dedicated IP addresses.

Firstly, I have a reseller account. Its important to me (and my clients) that the domains are running without any problems.
A year ago I was at 1and1. They were OK performance wise, but their support sucked. I foolishly tried GoDaddy with one domain, you definitely wouldn’t want to host with them if you need support - it was laughable. I didnt want to be hosted anywhere until I was sure I’ve found the right hosting firm. Cue Unlimited Web Hosting.
Are all these 5 star reviews genuine? Very likely. I just emailed the support as I couldn’t use the text ‘httpd.conf’ in my blog article. This is the name of a server file and I expected there was a security setting on the server. Their support emailed me back in 10 minutes (no kidding) with a copy of the logs showing where the problem was and of course confirming the problem is resolved.
A few weeks ago, I had an issue whilst transferring a domain to UWH. A quick email to support and it was resolved within 30 minutes.
Not only that, but I also receive emails confirming things I didnt ask for. For example, when I recently transferred a domain, I received a personal email advising the transfer is complete. Nice touch I thought.
Since moving to UWH, hosting has become effortless, everything seems to be in my favour. If I want something, I can do it (im not limited to an silly server restrictions) and the support is flawless until now.
This is a genuine review and delighted to hosted by these guys.
I can only vouch for the Reseller package and support, but so far, nothing I have experienced in 10 years of hosting has matched this service.

Really speedy service! I had a few problems at first, but that was due to my own stupidity- support was fantastic and replied within minutes with helpful and concise information.
Plesk is a little bit confusing for first time users, but you soon get used to it!
