Are there any web applications included in the package?
With Unlimited Web Hosting, there are over 200 web apps included in your Reseller Hosting package. These are easily installed by your customers, and include content management systems such as Magento and WordPress, e-commerce solutions and analytics tools, such as SmarterStats and Piwik.
Can I offer AutoSSL or LetsEncrypt to my clients through the Reseller Hosting package?
Yes, on the Plesk control panel we include LetsEncrypt, and on cPanel AutoSSL is included as standard.
Are there any options for upgrading in the future?
If you should decide that you want to upgrade your hosting package then you can contact our technical support team who will advise you as to the best package for your requirements. They will also provide you with help with the process of migration, minimising downtime for your clients sites.
Does Reseller Hosting have technical support?
Here at Unlimited Web Hosting we have a highly skilled team of support technicians. Should you run in to any problems with your Reseller Hosting than our friendly team of experts will be happy to help.
Are there any hidden costs or cancellation fees?
There are no added costs or nasty surprises, you only pay for the recurring subscription fee. Likewise, if you decide that our services are not a good fit for your business, for whatever reason, you will not be charged for cancelling. Furthermore, if you cancel within the first 30 days you will receive your subscription fee back.
