My household has more than one account with Unlimited Web Hosting. When I started a new account for my business website, I initially planned to keep my domain on my husband's account since it can host multiple domains -- but once I got started it became clear I needed my own. I also manage accounts for clients, so my email address is tied to several accounts across the platform. Moving my new business domain from my husband's account to mine required a different kind of transfer, so I needed help from the support team. Daniel was helpful and communicative from the very start. He explained exactly what needed to be done, and even though the process took longer than it might have due to our own busy schedules, he was kind and patient throughout -- his follow-up was impeccable. We've had accounts with Unlimited Web Hosting for years and couldn't be happier. They're efficient, affordable, and best of all it feels personal -- like they genuinely care. Because they do. My issue was resolved quickly and with a great attitude, and had we not been slow on our end it would have been resolved even faster. Highly recommend. Amazing service from Daniel -- he was fab!

Recovered some very important mails

Had an email problem and lost some critical emails. I thought the best I could hope for was a restored email file, which would leave me to tie up the loose ends. However, Tommy was able to locate a backup with the missing emails and merge that into the latest emails. So I recovered my missing emails AND didn't lose any other emails. Excellent. Oh and all done on about an hour from my first contact. 5*
