Excellent Uptime and Helpful Support

TL;DR: Excellent up-time and genuinely helpful support team I've been a customer with Unlimited for over 9 years. Back in 2017 I joined up as part of a sale and haven't looked back since. Their support is excellent and always quick to respond to the queries you have. Wouldn't have it any other way, keep it up Team!

OK firstly lets start with the response wasn't the fastest I have seen from them, but lets caveat this with the fact I started this process at midnight and honestly what I have going on isn't their problem whatsoever, so they could have easily sent me on my way without saying anything. Nope..... they didn't do this Once they got on it they sent me instructions to help me identify my issues, responded within seconds to a realtime to help me identify the issues, then when they see I am not responding quick enough to their questions they go out of their way to phone me and offer assistance while I am actively trying to solve this, even offing to do parts for me that I dont fully understand (didnt need that but if I did need it, wow....) Now I have been with these guys for years and I hope many more years because having this level of help from a company when you are in the mire is unreal at times. I think they just seem to care about every customer, I would understand if I had a big contract with them managing hundreds of sites but I don't, I have a very low price package with them. Thank you for the responses today you have no idea how much it helped, would I recommend this hosting, 1000%.
