Amazing tech support
Amazing tech support. As an example, Lee just replied to a support ticket and solved it for me in less than an hour. Impressive by any standards, but this was on a public holiday! I've always been very impressed with the service from Unlimited Web Hosting, you won't find better.

Superb Customer Support
I've had domain & email hosting at Unlimited Web Hosting for over a decade, and every time I'd needed to contact their support guys they've been excellent. I recently decide to rationalise my domains and email addresses. I asked several questions over a couple of weeks. Danny, Tommy and Nick always responded politely and helpfully, even when in the last instance I got them to back out of the changes I asked for. I was a mainframe analyst programmer for nearly 30 years and I know just how much of a pain-in-the-arse users can be, but at no time did anyone give me the impression that I was a nuisance or wasting their time (even if they might have thought it). UWH may not be the cheapest hosting company out there, but the support staff are second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
