Fast and expert help over several days solving problems of my making

Fast and expert help from the support team even over the Christmas/New Year period. I see some of the 1* reviews suggest that the 5* reviews are not genuine. I can assure them that my review is totally genuine and was not even asked for by Unlimited webhosting. I have been with the company for many years and as a total non-it expert I use them to host 3 small websites for family members with small self employed businesses. Whenever I have any problem the support team are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very patient with a non expert and help by explaining what to do and how to do it in simple terms that even I can understand. A brilliant hosting company, superb and fast support who help when it is not their service that is at fault but problems due to my errors and lack of knowledge. Great value.

The team at unlimited web hosting have been amazing so far I had a few issues where I took out a new hosting plan forgetting that I use to have a account with them they honoured the discount and this was all done at 10pm on a Sunday night with the support ticket being answered within 10 mins. I’m moving from a different host where I was paying a lot more. Trust me move your hosting to Unlimited you won’t be sorry.
